Delete Your Echora Account

This page explains how to delete your Echora account and associated personal data. Echora is provided by YONGWEI RUAN.

Deleting your Echora account is permanent. It does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. If you have Echora Pro, cancel the subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Delete from inside Echora

1. Open Echora.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the Legal section.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Read the confirmation message and confirm deletion.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes your Echora account and associated personal data from active Echora records, including saved thoughts, private images, private audio, profile information, AI job records, usage records, and entitlement records linked to your Echora account, except where limited retention is required for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Subscriptions

App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple. Deleting your Echora account does not cancel, refund, pause, or change an Apple subscription. To manage or cancel a subscription, open your Apple Account subscription settings or visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access Echora but need help with deletion, contact echora.support@icloud.com from the email address associated with your Echora account where possible. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing a request.
